Farallon managed and conducted a Phase I ESA and a Phase II Subsurface Investigation at a Seattle property consisting of six industrial buildings and surrounding storage yard areas. Site businesses included a sheet metal fabricator, an aircraft fabricator, and a heavy equipment transmission repair facility. Environmental conditions identified during the Phase I ESA included the unknown status of on-site USTs that had been used during historical operation of the property as a retail gasoline station and other industrial enterprises. Based on the Phase I ESA findings, Farallon conducted a Subsurface Investigation that identified TPH and metal impacts to soil and groundwater at the property.
We perform and manage Phase I ESAs and Phase II subsurface investigations for residential, commercial, agricultural, and industrial properties throughout the United States and Canada.
