Farallon provided technical services in support of litigation involving a site contaminated with PCE from a former dry cleaner facility. Services provided included review of technical reports, depositions, and other documentation. Farallon evaluated the remedial strategy and past costs, and estimated future cleanup costs. A Farallon Principal provided testimony in a deposition that included a detailed analysis of compliance with the technical requirements for a Private Right of Action under MTCA. A settlement favorable to Farallon’s client was reached prior to trial.
