Farallon managed Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and Phase II subsurface investigations and prepared Phase I ESA Reports for several automobile dealerships.The properties consist of privately owned commercial buildings throughout the Puget Sound Region. Project work included performing both individual and multiple simultaneous ESAs to evaluate the risks associated with automobile repair operations conducted at the dealership facilities. Based on recognized environmental conditions identified during the Phase I ESAs, Farallon performed Phase II subsurface investigations to evaluate soil and groundwater conditions and quality and assess the need for remedial actions to mitigate identified environmental liabilities.
