Bio
Rachel is a Biologist and Permitting Specialist, and her permitting responsibilities are primarily in-water permitting, shorelines, and Endangered Species Act consultations. As a Biologist, she conducts wetland delineations, critical habitat surveys, Ordinary High Water Mark determinations, and Submerged Aquatic Vegetation dive surveys in support of clients throughout western Washington. She is a valued member of the company dive team and holds multiple advanced Professional Association of Diving Instructors certifications. She is also a Scientific Diver certified by the American Academy of Underwater Sciences.
