Paul is a registered Professional Geologist in California with 24 years of experience as an Environmental Professional. His experience spans a wide range of industry sectors and client types in both the public and private domain, including municipalities, real estate investment trusts, major insurance companies, public utilities, law firms, property management companies, industrial plating facilities, recreational service providers, and private single- and multi-family home builders. Paul is well-versed in conducting indoor air and vapor intrusion evaluations and has managed site assessment investigations in a wide range of geologic environments in which soil, soil vapor, subslab vapor, indoor air, and groundwater have been affected by one or more contaminants - including lead, copper, hexavalent chromium or other metals, chlorinated compounds such as tetrachloroethene or trichloroethene, petroleum (gasoline, diesel, motor oil and waste oil, Bunker C oil, and JP-4 jet fuel), polychlorinated biphenyls, polyaromatic hydrocarbons, perchlorate, and nitrates.
