Jeff’s 30 years of experience as an environmental consultant and emphasis on active listening skills allow him to develop approaches that successfully achieve client, regulatory, and other stakeholder goals. His emphasis on developing effective, collaborative working relationships ensures that clients’ business objectives are consistently achieved in a timely, cost-effective manner. Jeff specializes in remedial investigations/site characterization, litigation support, vapor intrusion, cleanup alternative selection and implementation, regulatory negotiations, and insurance claim evaluations. His cleanup experience has included biostimulation/ bioaugmentation, in-situ chemical oxidation, vapor intrusion assessments/mitigation, chlorinated solvent investigation/remediation, petroleum hydrocarbons/ underground storage tank investigation/remediation, and Tacoma Smelter Plume evaluations and cleanup.

Jeff is an active supporter of the community. He is a Boy Scout leader, and volunteer/supporter at Eastside Baby Corner and Food Lifeline. He enjoys light hiking, sea kayaking, and road trips to exciting and new places, especially if there is some good geology involved. He has been geek long before it was chic and enjoys collecting pop-culture items associated with his favorite comics, classic cartoons, science fiction, and music. Luckily, his wife, son, and daughter are Disney fans and can all relate on some level, enjoying annual visits to the happiest place on earth. Jeff enjoys a good beer, particularly Belgian varieties, and is always up for socializing with friends, family, coworkers, and clients.
