Bio
James is a Licensed Hydrogeologist focused on environmental due diligence, site investigation, and cleanup. Serving clients throughout the West Coast in the public and private sectors, he has developed a robust skill set in site characterization and remedial investigation, evaluation of cleanup alternatives by feasibility study, implementation of interim and final remedial actions, and vapor intrusion evaluation and mitigation. James’s recent project work is centered in Washington State and the Pacific Northwest. He possesses an intimate understanding of the MTCA cleanup process and conducts independent cleanups under the Voluntary Cleanup Program as well as projects with formal Ecology oversight under an Agreed Order or Consent Decree. He is knowledgeable about Ecology’s grant process and funding cycle and is always keen to identify project funding sources via grants or insurance recovery.

When letting his resting heart rate recover, he enjoys exploring new restaurants and concert venues.
