Bio
Elsa is a professional civil engineer with 14 years of environmental and engineering experience, consulting on programs for both public- and private-sector clients. Elsa has worked as project manager and engineer on a variety of large-scale projects of up to $10 million, which include former and active federal facility cleanup sites; underground storage tank low-threat closures; Resource Conservation and Recovery Act hazardous waste facilities; Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act Superfund sites; landfills; and groundwater treatment plants. Elsa provides clients with the engineering expertise required to develop defensible and effective investigative and remedial approaches for various environmental contaminants, and has achieved site closure at multiple complex sites. Additional areas of expertise include construction management, chemical analysis, health and safety, and waste management.
