Chuck has more than 35 years of experience providing environmental consulting services to a wide array of commercial, industrial, and public-sector clients. He has successfully completed hundreds of environmental projects, including preliminary assessments; sediment, soil, soil gas, and groundwater investigations; remedial investigations; interim remedial actions; human health and ecological risk assessments; land use and beneficial water use determinations; and feasibility studies. Many of these projects involved corrective actions, including the design, implementation, operation and maintenance, and closure of in-situ and ex-situ remediation systems (e.g., bioremediation, chemical oxidation, pump and treat, vapor extraction, stabilization, removal, and thermal treatment) for projects regulated by the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act and/or the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act.

Fun Facts
Chuck grew up in New England and went to school and worked briefly in the upper Midwest before migrating to Oregon because of the outdoor opportunities in the Pacific Northwest. He enjoys whitewater rafting, flyfishing, hiking, backcountry skiing, and playing soccer. When not outdoors, Chuck likes listening to live Americana music, reading, eating spicy foods, enjoying hoppy brews, and cheering on the Timbers & Thorns. Fortunately, his family (Jana, Cole, and Isabelle) are very understanding of his interests and, better yet, fully participate in many of them.
