Farallon is very pleased to introduce Mr. Scott Allin, R.E.P.A., Principal Environmental Scientist and Office Manager of its newly opened branch office in Sacramento, California. While Farallon has delivered environmental consulting services and project oversight for California projects since the firm’s inception, establishment of a Sacramento office provides the local presence of a seasoned environmental professional to better serve clients in this region.
Scott is a Registered Environmental Property Assessor with nearly 25 years of project and program management experience in the evaluation and reporting of environmental liability associated with the sale or Brownfield redevelopment of impaired properties. He has provided clients with value-added due diligence services, both nationally and internationally, for single properties and large multi-million-dollar mixed-use portfolios, and has provided guidance for evaluating environmental risk during complex mergers and acquisitions. Scott’s experience includes management of remedial action programs, and assisting equity holders with managing environmental risks. Scott specializes in providing realistic solutions to complex environmental issues, and accurate assessment of potential environmental liabilities.
Joining Farallon’s corporate headquarters in Issaquah, Washington and branch offices in Seattle and Bellingham, Washington and Portland, Oregon, the new Sacramento office supports Farallon’s strategic initiative of geographic expansion, and the opportunity to provide its superior quality service to existing and new California clients at the local level.
