Our clients are often provided with these reports before or during a property transaction or business merger and acquisition. We assist our clients by reviewing the information in these reports, providing a technical opinion about the findings and opinions. Our third-party review is tailored to meet our clients’ goals and objectives and can include a variety of technical opinions, such as:
Ensuring a Phase I ESA satisfies AAI and the ASTM E1527 Standard;
Providing a technical opinion of a cleanup action plan;
Verifying estimated costs for a cleanup action; and
