Bio
Sydney is a Biologist with expertise in fresh water, estuarine, and marine shoreline permitting. She regularly provides public- and private-sector clients with environmental planning, permitting (including dock and shoreline), support with Endangered Species Act compliance, habitat mitigation planning, critical areas assessments, and wildlife habitat assessments. As part of the company's SCUBA diving team, she performs underwater habitat surveys for both pre- and post-construction mitigation site monitoring and project site evaluations. She is a Professional Association of Diving Instructors-certified Open-Water Diver, and is certified by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in wetland delineation.
