Bio

Emerald has more than 16 years of environmental consulting experience and conducts services for clients in Washington and Oregon that include soil, air, and groundwater monitoring and site assessments. She manages remedial investigation and cleanup projects for clients that include commercial real estate owners. Emerald also identifies sustainability and climate change adaptation needs for sites. Emerald has additional experience in underground storage tank closure, remedial construction observation, compliance monitoring, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency 104(e) response preparation, Superfund site cleanup allocation processes and environmental response preparation, insurance claims evaluation, and litigation support. Emerald has been a member of the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Seattle Chapter since 2018. She is the co-chair for the programs committee and won the 2024 Volunteer of the Year award.

Fun Facts
