| Farallon Consulting recently welcomed Naomi Goff, Ron Kofron, and Paul Garcia to its California region. Naomi is based in Farallon’s Oakland office and Ron and Paul are based in San Diego. Naomi Goff is a Principal Compliance Specialist with a diverse history of consulting, industrial, and corporate roles in Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) management. Her experience has included roles managing environmental and safety compliance for facilities throughout California, developing environmental and safety management systems, auditing, and directing complex technical air quality and sustainability work. “Farallon focuses on supporting our clients in putting regulatory programs into practice, and Naomi’s impressive experience, in a wide variety of industries, will be a huge asset,” said Sarah Glathar, CHMM, Farallon’s Principal Compliance Specialist. “Naomi’s compliance leadership will greatly benefit our clients throughout the West Coast.” Ron Kofron is a Senior Environmental Professional with over 37 years of site assessment and remediation experience. He is a registered Professional Geologist and Certified Engineering Geologist in California, and a Licensed Geologist in Washington, and has performed or directly managed more than 1,000 environmental site assessments and remedial actions. His extensive experience provides a pragmatic and sensible approach when solving clients’ environmental challenges. Paul Garcia is a registered Professional Geologist in California with 22 years of experience as an Environmental Professional. His experience spans a wide range of industry sectors and client types in both the public and private domain, including municipalities, real estate investment trusts, major insurance companies, public utilities, law firms, property management companies, industrial plating facilities, recreational service providers, and private single- and multi-family home builders. Paul is well-versed in conducting indoor air and vapor intrusion evaluations and has managed site assessment investigations in a wide range of geologic environments. “Ron’s and Paul’s experience in the Southern California market bring invaluable depth and benefits to commercial and industrial stakeholders.
