Contaminated Soil Excavation
Farallon provided stormwater compliance management and technical support for excavation of contaminated soil from a 1-acre parcel of land in Olympia, Washington. Farallon prepared a construction Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan and a Temporary Erosion and Sediment Control (TESC) Plan for the project in accordance with the City of Olympia Stormwater Management Manual and the Washington State Department of Ecology Construction Stormwater Permit. In addition to developing BMP recommendations for TESC measures at the site, Farallon detailed water treatment and discharge requirements for implementation during construction activities.
