Teresa has 28 years of experience in aquatic site investigation and cleanup, dredging, interpretation of complex geochemical and biological data, regulatory support and permitting for in-water work, natural resource damage assessment, and expert witness and litigation services. She has provided technical assistance and oversight of investigations and cleanups of sediment sites in Washington, Oregon, Alaska, California, and British Columbia, and has developed technical guidance and comprehensive training in sediment investigation and cleanup for federal and state agencies, consultants, and scientists.


Her specialty areas include development of regional and site-specific sediment and tissue quality guidelines, aquatic cleanup and restoration, dredged material management and permitting, and development and implementation of large-scale regulatory programs for aquatic environments. Teresa also is an experienced environmental mediator and facilitator.

Fun Facts

Teresa is an avid birder and nature traveler who happily takes every opportunity to see a new corner of the world - and sample the local food.  Closer to home, hiking, kayaking, and seeking out the best coffee shops and restaurants in the area are high on her list.  Currently living in Snoqualmie, she is enjoying the mountains and neighboring Seattle, where she will be catching up with long-time friends, theater, and other attractions of her home town.
